The Problem

A merchant was seeing high levels of chargebacks and their existing payment system did not allow them to pass enough customer data with the transaction to get a complete picture of their fraudulent traffic.

The Solution

Intelligent Payments enables the merchant to send ANY data with their payment request. This has greatly reduced fraud and saved cost. Intelligent Payments merchants can monitor, block or immediately approve all their transactions with a mixture of rules based monitoring and fraud scoring.

The Result

This service enabled one merchant to reduce their chargeback levels from 2.87% to 0.4%. Another merchant was able to redeploy staff in their fraud department as our unique solution allowed them to offer more automation of their transaction monitoring.
